Orders
An order is confirmed once we send you a confirmation message. We may cancel an order if an item is out of stock or a price was shown in error; if you have paid, we will refund you in full.
Prices
All prices are in Kenya Shillings (KSh). Delivery charges, where they apply, are shown or confirmed before you pay. Prices and promotions can change without notice but will not affect orders already confirmed.
Product information
We try to show every product accurately. Colours may look slightly different on different screens. Specifications are as stated by the manufacturer.
Delivery, returns and warranty

Promotions
Discounts are valid for the stated period and while stock lasts, and cannot be combined unless stated.
